Our process is straight forward and to the matter at hand. We are happy to speak with you directly over the phone or communicate with you by e-mail. You can also schedule a meeting with us at our facility. We can provide you with a free initial analysis and estimate.

Every piece of media is unique in aspects of quality, length, format, content, and so forth. Many clients and agencies send there materials for preliminary analysis so that we can provide you with an accurate quote regarding the restorability of your material, job turnaround, and cost.

After an agreement is made concerning your case, we work diligently with
you to assist you and meet all deadlines you may have.

Estimates, Rates, Retainer Fees, and Shipping:

• Estimates are generally quoted on hourly rates.

• Material costs are generally quoted by the piece.

• No work begins before your authorization.

• Upon your authorization we request a retainer fee.

• A retainer fee is requested if you elect to name us as an expert witness.

• The client or agency pays all shipping costs.

• We highly recommend FED EX or registered US Mail!
